Can you rebuild an existing deck instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. If the frame is sound the boards can be replaced on their own. Where the bearers or joists have gone, they get replaced too. Ben will look at it and tell you which one you are dealing with before quoting.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A gate, a set of steps, a handful of rotted boards, a handrail. Customers regularly add odd jobs while the team is already on site, and that is completely fine.

Can I get a rough price before you visit?

Yes. Online estimates are available, so send through photos and rough measurements and Ben can give you a sense of the number before anyone comes out.

Do you work on very old homes?

Regularly. Older houses come with rot, movement and termite damage, and that repair work is a normal part of what B.S Carpentry Services does.
